I have to give it up. Very impressed with the customer service. Susan was probably the best customer experience had in a long time. She instantly understood my question and solve the problem. Often when using chat for customer support support personnel spend too much time with unfocused questions. I'm also impressed with the software I tried a few and felt this was the easiest and most intuitive to use
