OK, I have been using Shopify for nearly 9 years, and have installed and tried many apps. Michael, the founder, beyond a doubt provided the best customer service I have ever had from any Shopify App. My configuration was complicated and I had tons and tons of very specific questions: he answered each one patiently and professionally - I am beyond impressed.
