I've been using **Live Product Options** for almost a year now, and it's been an excellent app for creating custom product experiences. The new **AI chat** is a huge improvement it makes finding answers and setting up features much faster and easier than searching through documentation.
The app is very user-friendly, packed with customization options, and the team continues to add features and (help you in a timely manner when needed) that genuinely improve the experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful Shopify product options app.

Wir sind mit der App wirklich sehr zufrieden. Anfangs ist sie zwar etwas knifflig und man braucht ein wenig Zeit, bis man alle Funktionen versteht und weiß, wie alles zusammenhängt. Hat man den Dreh aber einmal raus, sind die Möglichkeiten einfach unglaublich.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Kundenservice. Bei Fragen oder Problemen erhält man immer schnell eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Es wird einem wirklich weitergeholfen, bis alles funktioniert.
Die App bietet unfassbar viele tolle Funktionen und Möglichkeiten zur Personalisierung. Für unseren Shop ist sie mittlerweile unverzichtbar geworden. Klare Empfehlung!

We have been using this app for several years. It is robust, lean, and very stable. The front end presents cleanly, allowing users an intuitive experience. I would highly recommend it as a clean solution for allowing your customers to select and purchase your product options and customizations.
Update: I have spent a lot of time finally listing all my personalizable jewelry. I now have a pretty good understanding of how to properly list. But I still ran into anomalies, which is no longer an issue at all. There is now an AI agent that can literally go in and fix my issues, test the results, and completely remove any stress with figuring out all the fields! The AI agent was the best addition to this app!

Sehr gute App wenn mehr Optionen notwendig sind. Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Preis, wenn man die gesamte Auswahl über die App anlegt z.B. Option 1, Option 2 usw...dann wird auf der Website im Shop als Produktpreis 0€ angezeigt. Hier müsste noch etwas geändert werden.
Danke für das Feedback. Bezüglich dem Preis; wir empfehlen, direkt auf dem Shopify Produkt einen Basispreis zu setzen, es können weiterhin alle Optionen in der App definiert werden, die App hat eine Einstellung, um nur die differenz für den finalen Preis zu berechnen.
Unter Einstellungen > Theme Einstellungen > "Deduct variant price from options price"

Schneller kompetenter Support. Ich habe zwar noch ein Problem, das bei kleinen Winkelmaßen die Rotation immer wieder auf O Grad zurück springt, und daher bei Schmuck keine exate Positionierung möglich ist. Mein Anliegen habe ich bereits in die Features Liste gemeldet und hoffe das es bald in ein Update kommt.
Great app and outstanding tech support. I tried several apps to add a long list of product options to some of my products, but most were either difficult to use or didn’t provide the flexibility we needed. This app was easy to set up and allows pricing to automatically adjust based on the options selected.
The tech support has been excellent. Very responsive with clear communication. They even helped complete the installation by accessing the Shopify backend and updating our theme. Highly recommended.
