soluciono mi problema en 3 minutos! gracias por la solucion sin duda 24/7 recomendado.
Tenia un problema de conexion con el proveedor de ali no me aparecia los packs pero al contactarme con soporte de dsers lo solucionaron y ya puedo hacer pedidos con packs
