Updated: The customer team reached out and clarified that their emails have ended up in my spam which is the reason why I didn't see any of their responses. We connected and resolved my query in a timely manner post my initial review.

Hello there, we checked on our end and your inquiries were replied to in a timely manner. Most probably they may have been marked as spam due to being sent from our ticket system. We sent another email from a personal email g.georgiev@isenselabs.com explaining the situation and attaching our previous replies.
