Personally, this was very easy for me to work with and I love how the SMS looks compared to other platforms outside of Shopify. There are some that turns photos into a link but this app sends the actual photo.
I had questions regarding the detailed breakdown charges but Princess (PL) was very helpful and explained it to me.

The only thing I wish is if they allowed you to purchase credits at least every $100 or doing a one time payment for the amount I need. My charges were $248 but it's only allowing me to pay $200 OR $500... which is a huge difference honestly.
