Ein Mitarbeiter des DSers Supports Namens Krytsal hat mich heute bei meinem großen Problem, das ich schon seit einigen Tagen habe, unterstützt! ich muss sagen, dass Krystal sofort verstanden hat wo mein Problem lag und mich dabei unterstützt hat das Problem zu lösen! Er hat immer direkt auf meine Belange geantwortet ohne mich warten zu lassen und war sehr kompetent mit seinen Hilfestellungen!!!
