Had mistakenly sent out notifications to over 1000 people, and he resolved the issue with great speed and attention to detail. not only that, but as we were a valued customer they removed the extra expense in uploading the lost notifications as a way of appreciation of our long standing relationship.

Tarik AGAIN! Was incredibly helpful in guiding us through possible changes to emails. Also extremely knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us correct what subdomain the emails are sent from. Truly the most helpful person i have come across in the company.
