I'll keep it simple. As mentioned by others. We used these guys for 4 of our brands.
Here's what you can expect. Lies, lost inventory, completely non-sensicle inflated ship-weights (they get paid on weight of shipment, higher weight = more money), massive amount of lost packages, and almost all packages arriving late.
Also weird carriers like DHL->USPS mixed shipment and "Alex Hire" which our customers had HUGE problems with.
This company is unethical, they stole hundreds of dollars from us, and we will be suing them in small claims court, they are absolute scum
