Update: I don't know if staff has changed or switched out but I had to downgrade my subscription, essentially was confused on the billing cycle (of course my fault) but instead of explaining to me I wouldn't be getting a refund for the charge even though I cancelled the subscription, I was put through a circle of conversations, screenshots, and waiting. Eventually I was told to wait until the charge went through, send them a screenshot, and then I would be refunded. Instead of correcting this false information, when I finally did it after waiting for the charge to go through, I essentially was told that after looking through the charge date, it does not align with their refund. This confused me because my talks with them were so long and then I was essentially fed a false positive when all they had to initially tell me was, it was past refund policy. I do like this app a lot, but that experience definitely led me to put some stars down. I have been using this app for 3 years now so this is an unfortunate update.

What an amazing app! I've been using it for a minute now and the customization is amazing! And very clean. The only issue I had was when I updated the theme, the app disappeared as a function. But after talking to their customer service representitive, Jade, she got it working in less then ten minutes and everything was fine. She did amazing and speedy work, I was surprised. Anywho, highly recommend and if you have any troubles, their customer service is very fast and very effective.
