I was looking for an app to let me set up specific shipping prices based on item type and not overall order weight.
I contacted "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy" support and arranged a zoom call. Dhana guided me through the setup process and spent over an hour with me to help me configure the app around my product groups. Dhana was friendly, patient, and his knowledge of the app was brilliant.
I had been looking at other apps but the customer service Dhana provided to me made it an easy choice to go with "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy".
The app is now fully setup and I could not be happier with it.
