I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Charlotte. After installing the app, I was unsure how to set it up. However, Charlotte was incredibly patient and helped me through the setup process.

Though I haven't had the chance to fully test out the app's functionality yet, the level of customer service I received was absolutely top-notch. Charlotte's helpful and patient demeanor earns a full 100/100 from me. Exceptional service like this definitely instills confidence for the user experience ahead.
