i’ve been using TrackifyX for a while, but the recent experience has been terrible. The app simply hasn't worked for the last few days—it won't load/sync at all. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they are completely unavailable. No replies, no updates, nothing. It’s unacceptable to have a broken product and zero support. I cannot recommend this app anymore
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary server issue due to an unexpected core server failure from our server provider. Our engineering team resolved it the same day, and the app has been operating normally since.
As many merchants were impacted at the same time, there was an unfortunate delay in our response. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
