I am totally blown away by the support from this app. They have literally walked me through setting it up, had multiple zoom calls with me and didn't stop until we had it all sorted. I ship commercial kitchen equipment which ranges from small 10KG fryers to 150kg ice cream machines. The shipping is super complex with a lot of customisation and rules. This is the ONLY app that has been able to manage such detailed customisation. The support is the best I have ever had from any app, especially from Siva & Janani. Thank you
