Transferring your current customers across to their app is very simple and easy to do. Creating unique shipping rules for new and existing customers is easy. The integration with Shopify and existing shipping rules works seamlessly at checkout.
If you have any issues at all, they are addressed immediately, with helpful videos of your backend recorded by their team, to clearly demonstrate exactly how to fix the problem.
I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously this has to be the best app and development team on shopify!
