Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I’ve had a great experience with Appstle so far. The app is easy to use, and their support team has been outstanding. Aaron spent a lot of time answering my technical questions and was transparent about what the app can and can’t do. He even discussed my feedback with his manager and offered a discount to try to help my small business.

My only suggestion would be to make some of the advanced automation features, like subscription webhooks, available on a lower-priced plan for growing businesses. I think that would make an already great app even better and help many small merchants scale without needing enterprise pricing.

Overall, I highly recommend Appstle, especially because of their excellent customer support.

We have used the app for several years and have had no issues with it. We've had a couple of questions here and there but the chat support provided by the company is super helpful, providing detailed instructions.

Ran into an issue where our theme didn't support Appstle's widget block, which meant Subscribe & Save wasn't actually applying the discount at checkout. Reached out to support and their team diagnosed it quickly, walked us through switching to the correct widget setup, and had it fully working within a day. Appreciated the responsiveness and that they stuck with it until it was actually resolved, not just closed the ticket.

We've had a great experience with Appstle so far. The app has given us the flexibility to offer both monthly and annual prepaid magazine subscriptions, which wasn't possible with Shopify's native subscription app. The support team has been excellent throughout the setup process—very responsive, knowledgeable and quick to reply whenever we've had questions. They've helped us get everything configured correctly, and the customer service has been outstanding. Highly recommended!

As someone who would consider themselves a beginner with Shopify and any eCommerce website, the Appstle Subscriptions App made it easy get everything set up. I have just added the Subsciptions app to my website. It was really easy with only one small hiccup which their service engineers helped me with. It was all sorted with in moments and in addition Steven cleaned up a number of bits and bobs that ensure that everything aligned beautifully with the website brand and colouring. There have been occasional tech issues that crop up and the team are very responsive, quick and helpful as they're able to be. Been using for two years and really, it works very well 99.9% of the time!

This app has been working beautifully for my Happy Mail (snail mail art club). Anytime I have needed help setting it up or integrating, support has been extremely prompt and helpful - making using this app beginner friendly and a seamless experience. I highly recommend!

When we opened up our Shopify store, we started shopping around for a subscription app and this is a great one! Very easy to setup and use, both for admin and customers. Pricing model is very attainable for businesses compared to the bigger names in the game. Support is breeze to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend!
