this app has worked very well for my small business subscriptions. when there has been an issue it was fixed right away in real time through their chat help service. i would recommend this app.

Appstle has been the best subscription management app. It's intuitive and highly customizable. Not only has it been manageable and easy for us on the back end but our customer base has benefited from its intuitive design as well. Appstle has easily helped us make more sales and fulfill more orders with a massive amount of ease.
also, their 24/7 chat team is top-notch. They always answer my questions, help me with every problem and are upfront with me about their limitations - be it the app itself or its integrations.
If you are not using Appstle, you might be missing out on ease, support and a satisfying subscription experience for your customers.

Absolutely delighted with my experience using the Appstle subscription app! From the outset, this application has proven to be invaluable for my needs, offering an extensive range of features at a price that is more than reasonable. But what truly sets Appstle apart is its unparalleled customer service. Over the course of my subscription, I've had more than 20 interactions with their support team regarding various questions and challenges, both minor and major. We discovered Appstle by a simple "recharge customer service isn't responding" google search and stumbled on a page explaining why should switch. We booked a demo which was near immediate and we were completely blown away with the level of attention and support they gave us. It was a long process for migration due to our own constraints, nothing at Appstle. So our communication would lapse for weeks at a time, but when we could jump back in they were there within minutes with responses to our questions and concerns. They have been nothing but outstanding every step of the way and made this process so easy for us.

The app itself is organized and very useful for our storefront. Any questions we run into they are just a quick email or chat away. We are happy we made the switch and look forward to exploring more of what Appstle's app has to offer.

So far we have loved this app. It helped us do exactly what we wanted which was make a recurring subscription and create a build-a-box feature for our customers. The app was super easy to set-up, because every input has a detailed description of what it does/effects.

We did have one minor hiccup related to our theme, but a quick conversation with the support desk, and our problem was taken care of in minutes. Very helpful and very responsive.

Highly recommending this app.

I like the app a lot and the support is amazing. Sometimes I have really difficult questions and I always get an answer within under 10 minutes. I thought about changing to a competitor because all of my founder friends use the other one but I will definitely stay. And the price is absolutely fair.

UPDATE: Have been live for over a month and have been very pleased so far. The team is always quick to help us with any issues we run into and our customers have been very happy with the customer portal compared to our previous subscription app. It took a bit to get it fully configured how we wanted it to and understand all of the settings. But now that we are up and running, 5 stars.

UPDATE: One of the Appstle developers got on a video call with me and it was determined that another app in my theme was causing this to happen and not Appstle. Updating my review from 3 stars to 4 because we are still working on some bugs with the Build A Box feature, but they are always very responsive and the app has a lot of potential if we can just get it all configured the way we need for our use case.

There is no doubt that for the price, this app has the most amount of features for subscriptions. Lots of different ways you can configure it. However a big warning here…we have this app turned off and have had 3 customers forced into a subscription without signing up for one. While this is only about 2% of our orders during the timeframe, these customers were livid and thought we were scamming them. The customer support team is always quick to respond, but after a week on this particular issue they determined that my screenshot that I showed them of it happening (yes, I was able to recreate it myself) was a “misunderstanding” and nothing is wrong. In my testing I have determined that the only fool proof way is duplicating products to have one product be in the Build A Box and the original product be the one-time product. Otherwise you run the risk of customers getting forced into a subscription without choosing one. And if you have the app turned off in your theme, that means nothing…beware that there is a chance customers will be forced into a subscription even when you have it turned off.
