Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Sabastian was awesome. They were quick to respond when I needed help and I highly recommend this subscription app to anyone who needs it. The learning curve is not bad and so far it has been fantastic. Of course, support is one of the most important things when you have complex settings going on, and they have gone above and beyond.

I had an issue (that I created) with managing multiple subscriptions with multiple payment dates. I connected with Ash on the Help Desk and she walked me through the solution step-by-step with screen shots that were easy to understand. This subscription service is all new to me, but the support staff has been key in helping this subscription operate smoothly.

We have been using the app for our subscriptions for 2 years and have had a great experience. The app is easy to use and integrates well with our ENVY theme. We had one issue when moving to a different theme, but Nancy from the help desk was extremely quick to respond to our issue without experiencing any downtime.

Excellent customer service. I have reached out a handful of times when encountering difficulties managing subscriptions. The team have always answered promptly and assisted in implementing required changes. The app offers customization the suits our customers needs. Would reccommend.

There are a few things that aren't available, but I have been very impressed with their team, and have received help whenever I needed it in a prompt manner.

I would recommend it. Its is pretty easy to use and customer service is helpful. There are some things I wish I could do on my own without the help of customer service but it is overall a very good app and when I reach out to customer service they are able to help and fix any issues

The support team at Appstle is TOP NOTCH. They are super helpful and quick with response. Also, the platform has so many features and such competitive pricing. Don't bother doing research, I've done it for you and this is the best one out there right now!

This app is terrible. I'm on the highest tier plan and they stopped sending emails to my clients. They said they have new servers and I have to set up my own emails. I set up all the integrations with Mailchimp and now nobody will help me. I message them everyday. It seems they don't have procedures for this new set up. Now when my customers sign up or it comes time for them to renew they don't know they are getting an order until they are charged. Obviously this creates lots of cancelations and customer service requests. Don't use Appstle, try Seal Subscriptions, I'm going to attempt to switch soon but it will be a lot of work now. Don't make the mistake I did.

This is a great app for our business and the customer support is next to none! As I've worked to set it up or add/takeaway different features, the customer support team has been amazing to provide the information I have needed. I'm excited to keep using this app to grow our business!
