This app works amazing for us. We have a 3PL, so we needed to create custom shipping categories for packages with certain weights/dimensions so that the correct carrier is used with our 3PL. Additionally, we need to charge for the market shipping price and not the Shopify discounted shipping price. We've been using this for about 6 months, and the customer support is next level. The set everything up for us via Zoom, and we can always get ahold of someone to troubleshoot if needed. Highly recommend!
