Update June 2026: KakaClo has ceased dropshipping operations without notice and has not responded to refund requests for wholesale inventory purchased in 2023. Total outstanding: $6,357.50. No replies to emails after 10+ business days. Escalating to econsumer.gov and Shopify fraud reporting. Original review left when service was still operational — no longer recommend
November 2023: We focus on custom products. We have made clothes here that align with our requirements at a reasonable cost. The customer service is quick to respond and detailed and meticulous in their day-to-day.
