I am new to Dsers, and was very confused about the processing of mapping and fulfilling and order, as soon as I asked for help Olivia jumped in and spent a great amount of time telling me the A to Z steps one by one until my order was successfully processed! If any support agent would be like her, the business world would be easier and much better in any way! Thank you Olivia!
