TS ‑ AI Language Translate

I was originally told that the service would remain free, even if I only chose to use one or two languages. At the time, I was also told that there would be several plans and that the free option would remain available.

After leaving a review as requested, my access to the service was removed and I am now being asked to pay for the only plan available.

This is not what was promised. If the free option is no longer available, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Promising free access and then removing it after receiving a review is very disappointing and feels misleading.
