I had an amazing experience with Transtore. We needed a few custom translation fixes on our slide-out cart drawer—specifically updating our main checkout button to the correct French phrasing ('Passer la commande') and syncing up the backend.
Chloe from the support team was incredibly fast, professional, and efficient. She gained collaborator access and had everything working perfectly on our end in no time. The app itself is fantastic, but the speed and quality of their customer service is what truly sets them apart. Highly recommended!
This app is incredibly useful for our site, allowing our customers worldwide to shop in the currency and language that suits them best. The team at Transtore are always happy to help, and go above and beyond when there is a conflict with another app to resolve the issue in a positive way.
Scammy advertising. Listed as a free app but only allows 1 language for free. Once the app is installed, you need to register in an "exclusive loyalty program" that is just a trial version. The paid version uses old language models and is 15$ a month, more than competitors.
