We've been using this app for nearly a year. Beautiful forms that integrate nicely with our theme. Decent customer service.

However, we'll be deleting this app as soon as we find a replacement. The notifications feature is unstable, which forces us to check the back end regularly for leads and inquiries. We love to respond immediately so this technical glitch is unacceptable.
