Let me start of by saying that AJ has assisted me in setting up my new Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS right when I started my account! I just opened a new business and created a shop on Shopify. However, to maximize clientele captures, I needed this Email Marketing & SMS app.
AJ assisted in helping me verify my account and TFN (Toll Free Number) extremely quick and easy.
[March 19] NEW REVIEW as AJ has assisted me with more issue resolutions!
AJ was extremely helpful in assisting me with figuring out the issue upon STACKED Discounts upon all my Flows.
He confirmed that NO SMS/Email Discounts from YOTPO stacks. Same with Shopify -> Yotpo Discounts.
The result is that if I want any stacked discounts, I would do so ONLY on Shopify.
AJ has helped me before and I commend him for his expertise and customer servicing!
