I was assisted by Via who was really helpful and clear in her explanation. I had a query regarding tracking of increase and decrease of prices in my store. I got a full explanation along with screenshots. This was my second time to use the online support chat, I appreciate that it is not an annoying chat bot, but a real person you are interacting with in real time. Thanks
