Wendy is awesome. I am continually relieved with my drop shipping issues (user error) as the support is always fantastic. Quick responses, actual people who know the platform back to front. Seriously, I usually avoid big company FAQ and support as I have better luck elsewhere.
Don't waste your time, get on chat with them and you'll be very happy.
