Olivia with the DSERs team was Great! Fast, Fabulous Screen Shots, and very helpful!
My experience thus far with all my interactions (and there have been several) have been Fabulous - while the outcome may not have been what I would have wished for on the supplier end - the DSERs (especially Olivia) have been great to work with.
