Sid was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with our subscription setup after we changed Shopify themes. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and then fixed the integration from his side so everything was working properly again.
He was friendly, patient and very responsive throughout, and even offered to tidy up the widget branding for us. It felt like genuine support rather than just being pointed towards a help article.
