I needed to get DSers disconnected from a Shopify store that was already deactivated. I opened a chat with DSers and Rin responded straight away. Rin first of all checked with me that I was aware this would delete all the DSers data associated with that store and that I wanted to go ahead. After that it took only a minute and the issue was cleared up. Very courteous, helpful, and efficient support from Rin and DSers.
