I appreciate the awesome customer support from Joann and their entire team. The chat support online chat is very timely and helpful. Using the platform takes some practice but with the great support it makes it easy and that's why I rate it 5 stars. John D was also super helpful getting my account verified!
Melvin was also great and provided me with the assistance I needed!
