We implemented the app several months back and have noticed a reduction in exchanges and more satisfied customers completing the entire exchange online. We no longer do manual support for exchanges. Re:do is very responsive to any issue we have. Good people at Re:do, we pay the cost for our customers. Best of all now they now support UPS labels, we as have issues with USPS in our area.
