Olivia spent probably an hour helping me figure out a problem!! She was absolutely one of the most helpful people I have worked with. She was patient with me when I didn't understand, and explained everything in detail with pictures!! It's hard to "teach an old dog new tricks." But I'm trying! Thank you Olivia for your patience and excellent help!!
