GREAT customer service from the team. Responses to my questions and issues is always super fast. This app has all the features that I wanted and more! What I like best about it is that my customers can write a review directly in the review request email. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to build-up their customer reviews with a simple, easy-to-use app.
