Overall I am happy with Gelato and I haven't even explored all the apps yet.
I was also impressed by the quick response to a printing mistake that was made and the customer really felt like they were respected and happy in the end of the fulfillment process.
They are not perfect but pretty damn close!
They do take full responsibility for their errors and that puts my mind at ease.
