Hard to install and never got working correctly. Communication with support didn't yield the results we'd hoped for. Could not get the system functioning consistently, resulting in angry customers.

Also, a HUGE issue was when we performed an uninstall of the app, their code was left in our system and we had to pull it out ourselves. Sloppy coding practices.

Would not recommend.
