Shopify Order Printer

I must say there is fantastic customer support! In moving from legacy Order Printer (once the August deadline was met), the Order Printer team was relentless is satsifying my every concern. I had a custom template that could not be easily ported to the new Order Printer. They listened to my issues and resolved them one by one responding to messages around the clock and even though several different people dealt with the template, the problems were resolved seamlessly.
