As a fabric merchant dealing with specific fractional quantities (like 1.2m, 2.7m), standard invoices never worked for us. Honestly, customizing Order Printer templates used to be a huge struggle in the very beginning.

But things have changed, and the workflow is now incredible! While the Shopify AI Sidekick doesn't edit the app directly, it is the perfect coding assistant for it. You simply ask Sidekick what you need, and it writes the exact custom code using the right Shopify variables. Then, you just copy and paste it into Order Printer.

This makes customizing highly specific setups—like our fabric measurements—incredibly easy, even if you don't know how to code. Like anything new, it takes a moment to get used to, but once you use Sidekick to generate your template code, everything is super smooth.

I honestly have not had any problems with it at all, compared to other reviews. My needs just might not be the same. I installed it to help with invoices for international shipping at first, and it is fantastic! I also learned it works great for packing slips for my thermal printer. So for me, it is all aces! Thanks for having this app!

Still unusable two years later. Still will not import our template. Shopify still showing it doesn't listen to customer feedback.

It's not brilliant, but it's pretty good.

I have managed to use Sidekick to amend the templates to work for us, and so far, my experience has been pretty good.

There are a few things it cannot do, but in the big picture for a free app, it's pretty good.

So far, so good! I used to use this, then was experiencing a period of extremely slowly loading packing slips, so I switched to another provider. In hindsight I realized the problems I was facing were due to unstable bandwidth from my internet service provider. Now that it's resolved, I'm glad to be back and discover this seems to be working better than ever. The option to delete unneeded templates and have only one appear as default saves time and energy. And, being able to import a more aesthetically pleasing template with lots of customization options is also great. Thanks!

Cannot print draft orders. So disappointed after so many discussions online. It is obvious Shopify is not trying to help customers out.
