I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck!
Thankfully, Chrissy from live support was a lifesaver. She asked me to send over a screenshot (and I even threw in a screen recording for good measure). Chrissy quickly figured out what was happening and provided me with a solution to access the site. Problem solved!
