Filemonk is a great app and digital file delivery for Shopify.

Sandesh tech support was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked with me patiently and diligently to have my issue resolved in one session via chat.

I absolutely love how the chat/help feature is embedded in all Filemonk pages so you do not have to dig deep and waste time trying to find how to begin asking for help.

In the end that is the most important, problems occur and customer support is key.
