Wow! Vivian was great. She helped me with the DSERS/Aliexpress app. She was so patient and helpful. I had problems with my account signin, ordering, with payment. She helped me resolve everything. She was so patient. We were online almost an hour, yet she patiently took me through each step. I'm new at this so I really appreciated her kindness. Thank you.
