I had a small issue with the store currency not reflecting correctly on my DSers account earlier and it was quickly resolved by Rfimp. He was responsive, efficient, and helpful!
Rfimp was also very friendly, chatting with him felt like chatting with an old friend - and that was important to me because I get really stressed out when things aren't going as smoothly as I'd expected (I'm not exactly that tech-savvy). His friendliness, in itself, is a great support for newbies like me.
