We take accusations like this very seriously.

Wholesale2B does not charge cards directly. All billing for the Shopify app is handled entirely by Shopify through their secure billing system. We do not have access to manually charge anyone’s credit card.

If you are seeing a charge, it would appear on your Shopify invoice and would relate to an active subscription during that billing cycle. Even if an app is uninstalled, Shopify may still process the charge at the end of the current billing period if the subscription was active.

If you believe a charge was incorrect, please contact us with:

• Your store name
• The invoice date
• The charge amount

We are happy to review it immediately and work with Shopify if needed.

We are a registered company serving thousands of sellers, and unauthorized charging is not something we do or tolerate. Please reach out so we can resolve this properly.
