No brainer for our team. Saves our customer support team a massive amount of time, and frees them up to better service our customers for more complex issues. Address editing in particular has become almost non existent as customers can self service this.

Hamish & the team have created a great, simple product, that really should be built into Shopify natively. The team have worked closely with our ERP + our internal devs to ensure order flows work correctly, and are accessible to make quick changes and tweaks to the product as needed. Would recommend.
