Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.

Order Editing has been an incredibly helpful addition to our site experience. Since bringing it on, we’ve noticed a meaningful reduction in customer care tickets, especially around order updates, address changes and forgotten discount codes. I’ve been using Order Editing now for several months, and it has completely transformed how we manage post-purchase changes. From the moment a customer places an order to when it ships, the app gives us a flexible, seamless way to let customers make edits themselves—without generating a flood of support tickets.

What I love most:
• True Self-Service Editing — Customers can change addresses, add products, apply forgotten discounts, etc., all from the confirmation email or order page. It relieves our team of manual edits.
• Configurable Time Windows & Rules — We control exactly how long edits are allowed and which changes are permitted (e.g. product removal, cancellations).
• Integration-Friendly — Changes flow through correctly to our 3PL, shipping software, and warehouse operations.
• Upsell Opportunities Built In — We’ve captured extra revenue by giving customers a nudge to add items before shipping.
• Responsive Support & Ongoing Improvements — The team is responsive, helpful, and actively working to make new enhancements.

Excellent onboarding and dedication to improving the product. We initially trialled a year ago and it just wasn't a right fit. Flash forward a year and the product has come a long way and I can only see it getting better. Highly recommend, early signs are looking great for us.
