Order Editing is incredibly user-friendly, allowing customers to self-manage their orders, which has saved our support team so much time. Our product lead discovered Order Editing through shopping on a site that had it, and immediately thought - "WOW! I'd love to have that on our site." We investigated other apps with similar features, but Order Editing was the standout best. We had a very smooth onboarding process with Lachie and Jacques right before BFCM and this tool reduced our CX contacts for address errors, order cancellations etc. by a massive amount. If you're considering this app, we definitely recommend you give it a try!
