This is a brilliant app. It has saved our CX team hours of work while significantly improving the overall customer experience. In addition, Hamish and the team are incredibly responsive and among the best app support teams we’ve worked with.

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

Great app, Jacques from OE has been of great help handling all the heavy lifting with getting us up and running. Our staff have found some of the customer self service functions very helpful during peak periods eg invoice printing, address changes etc.

Highlyyyyy recommend Order Editing! Saved us sooooo much time especially during the holiday season. I am sure we are not alone when people email us immediately after placing an order asking to change their address and we have to be on it fast before our fulfillment center sends it out.
