Onboarding was a breeze. Initially there were some bugs, but Hamish and team managed to iron those out fairly quickly. It's easy to utilise and reduce support tickets.

This app is so helpful in reducing support tickets related to cancelling order, editing incorrect addresses, or last minute decisions to add more products. Hamish and Karil are extremely responsive if any questions or issues arise. Would highly recommend this app.

Order Editing is a no-brainer. Has been hugely helpful to give customers self-serve access to their order after checkout, and reduce the associated CX workload.
