OrderEditing has been a gamechanger; not just in reducing tickets for the Customer Service team, but also in time spent manually changing/cancelling orders by the Operations team. Great app with an even greater team to work with - thanks to Hamish, Keira & co for continuously looking at ways to improve functionality, enhance the user experience, and making our suggestions into features! It's hard to believe an app like this hasn't always existed
