Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We are new to this ecommerce business so we do have a steep learning curve to overcome with. But Vien (Saints E) was a great help in clearing up our most basic questions. The waiting time from bot to agent was minimal which is definitely a nice surprise given how many bigger companies would make you jump through hoops and eat burning sticks before an actual human being is in touch with you lol.
