I recently contacted DSer's support team to help remove an old store I wasn't using from my account. It was already deactivated, so I couldn't do it without re-subscribing. Ceilia was very helpful and friendly! One of the many reasons I'll continue using DSers to test new stores.
I've been using DSers for a couple of years now, and it's been pretty easy to use. It makes adding products to my store so easy!
