Natalie was amazing in detailing out explanations to my questions. I'm a total newbie and she made the transition to adscale very easy. On top of that she responded quite fast even on Christmas Eve/Day! I was not expecting that.
It's still early stages of using the APP so I can't comment on that right now, only on the super awesome customer experience.
